I’ve been working with women in the health and wellness industry for over twenty years.

Hundreds of classes taught, thousands of students, with a Bachelor's degree focused on human development - and life coach certification along the way, I’ve discovered the exact ingredients that differentiate a beautifully successful approach to self confidence and peace from one that never gets beyond second-guessing and feeling overwhelmed.

This modern approach to mental health, the Dare Greatly Society personal development program is the culmination of the best tools I’ve curated in teaching, mentoring, and coaching. I’m seriously excited to teach you these tools, friend.

Here’s the thing: despite having over 20 years of experience, I never could’ve predicted that managing anxiety and cultivating emotional resilience would be as important as it has proven itself to be in women’s lives today.

I never imagined a world where mamas and young girls would *have* to get used to managing anxiety and overwhelm, while also building a future they can get excited about, in such an uncertain world.

The pandemic was a big wake-up call to what really matters in life. Our mental health matters. Most of us don’t have thousands of dollars and tons of time to spend in therapy when faced with the difficult circumstances life can throw at us.
