What is coaching?
Coaching is problem solving with a mentor who can show you alternative ways to think through areas in your life that are blocked or causing pain: relationships / confidence / fulfillment / body image / parenting / intuition / money / we tackle all of it and more in the Dare Greatly Society.
How does the membership work?
Each month you learn from a new video training with Danielle where we dive deep on mental health issues and apply the tools in your daily life. Some examples include: Parenting with Purpose / Emotion Coaching / Mastering Anxiety / How to Feel Better, and so much more . . .
Will this help me feel better?
If you choose to join the Dare Greatly Society, I will help you find your spark again; we will gently peel back the layers and uncover your authenticity, the stuff that gets buried from people-pleasing. We aren't aiming for a big life overhaul, just small and consistent nudges in the right direction toward what you really want to create.
Here's how the Dare Greatly Society works:
- You receive 1 free private coaching session per month, included in your membership.
- Live coaching calls where you receive coaching or learn from others getting coached.
- Access to the video replays of all the monthly video trainings and workshops.
- 24 hour access to 'Ask a Coach' feature - bring your questions and post anonymously anytime, our team of certified coaches will answer within 2 - 3 business days.
- Multiple classes to choose from on modern mental health topics, it's like a gym membership for your brain.
A little bit about me . . .
For many years, I've lived and breathed music as a professional singer/songwriter and classically trained pianist. For many years, my brain was a hot mess.
While working on solo album projects and traveling and performing on weekends, I also taught a hugely successful music studio for the Seattle School of Music in the evenings, while homeschooling my children. I overworked and undervalued myself, and after several years of that approach, I burned myself out. Then I discovered coaching, which ignited my life. In the best of ways.
With new beliefs about what's possible for me, I stopped hustling and started honoring what truly called to me - helping women heal from difficult childhoods. I fell in love with learning about the brain in undergrad (I got a degree in Marriage & Family Studies "for fun"), and coaching allows me to combine what I loved about teaching music with my fascination with the brain.
I'm Life Coach School certified, and my personal mission is to help women stop being buttholes to themselves.
I'm fueled by jazz music and homemade ice cream, and I care a lot about my chickens, my husband, my teenagers, my golden retriever (in no particular order), skiing down mountains really fast, yoga and hosting dinner parties.
As a seasoned life coach who has helped hundreds of clients in my private coaching practice, I've coached on everything under the sun; and I do mean everything. There is nothing too big, and nothing too trivial that we can't take a look at, together.
JOIN THE WAITLISTClient Testimonial:
Growing up in school, we are taught how to do algebra and write essays. But we are never taught how to manage our mental and emotional health.
I didn't learn those skills until I found coaching.
As a result:
⭐️ I am more grounded in my parenting style.
⭐️ My ability to enjoy my marriage and my outlook on our future together is exciting again.
⭐️ I built a successful singer/songwriter career and recorded three albums of original music (still drawing an income from streaming and radio airplay.)
⭐️And I'm continuing to grow and apply the tools in other areas of my life.
